Explications en vidéo (en moins de 5min)Comment déguster le vin ?1. Observer le vinPremière étape, observer le vin. Aidez-vous d’une feuille blanche, placez là derrière votre verre et observez :la limpidité du vin (le vin peut être trouble, voilé ou limpide)la couleur du vin (jaune pâle, jaune or, jaune ambré – rouge violacé, rouge rubis, rouge tuilé…)l’intensité de cette couleurla brillancela viscosité (les larmes du vin)2. Sentir le vinDeuxième étape, sentez le vin (sans le remuer) : c’est ce qu’on appelle le premier nez. Analysez :le vin a-t-il un défaut (odeur désagréable) ?Le vin est-il ouvert (arômes expressifs) ou fermé (arômes discrets) ?Quels arômes sentez-vous ?Maintenant, remuez le vin dans votre verre. Sentez de nouveau. C’est le second nez. Trouvez-vous le vin plus expressif ? Sentez-vous de nouveaux arômes ?💡 Tips : comment reconnaître les arômes du vin ?3. Goûter le vinTroisème étape, goûtez le vin. Prenez une gorgée et tapissez bien l’intérieur de votre bouche. Analysez l’acidité, l’onctuosité (combinaison alcool + sucre) et les tanins (dans les vins rouges uniquement). Le vin est-il équilibré ? Quels arômes détectez-vous en bouche ?💡 Tips : Comment savoir si le vin est équilibré ?4. Il suffit d’avoir la bonne méthode (rien de compliqué, vous allez voir) ! </strong>On rêve tous d’apprendre à déguster le vin comme des pro pour être plus confiant au restaurant, en repas de famille ou en soirée avec nos amis. C’est pourquoi je vous explique les 4 étapes simples de la dégustation de vin !</p>

<h2 class="p1">Comment déguster le vin ?</h2>
<h3><strong>1. Observer le vin</strong></h3>
<p>Première étape, observer le vin. Aidez-vous d’une feuille blanche, placez là derrière votre verre et observez :</p>
<ul>
<li>la limpidité du vin (le vin peut être trouble, voilé ou limpide)</li>
<li>la couleur du vin (jaune pâle, jaune or, jaune ambré – rouge violacé, rouge rubis, rouge tuilé…)</li>
<li>l’intensité de cette couleur</li>
<li>la brillance</li>
<li>la viscosité (les larmes du vin)</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Sentir le vin</strong></h3>
<p>Deuxième étape, sentez le vin (sans le remuer) : c’est ce qu’on appelle le <strong>premier nez</strong>. Analysez :</p>
<ul>
<li>le vin a-t-il un défaut (odeur désagréable) ?</li>
<li>Le vin est-il ouvert (arômes expressifs) ou fermé (arômes discrets) ?</li>
<li>Quels arômes sentez-vous ?</li>
</ul>
<p>Maintenant, remuez le vin dans votre verre. Sentez de nouveau. C’est le <strong>second nez</strong>. Trouvez-vous le vin plus expressif ? Sentez-vous de nouveaux arômes ?</p>

<h3><strong>3. Goûter le vin</strong></h3>
<p>Troisème étape, goûtez le vin. Prenez une gorgée et tapissez bien l’intérieur de votre bouche. Analysez l’acidité, l’onctuosité (combinaison alcool + sucre) et les tanins (dans les vins rouges uniquement). Le vin est-il équilibré ? Quels arômes détectez-vous en bouche ?</p>

<li>A-t-il des arômes simples ou complexes ?</li>
