<p class="commentaire">Le technicien est arrivé à peu près 1h après l'horaire prévu, et a fini de refaire les joints silicone de ma baignoire en une heure environ. Les joints paraissent bien faits, et j'ai apprécié que le technicien prenne le temps de partager quelques autres hypothèses qui pourraient expliquer les trace d'infiltrations qui ont motivé cette intervention, après avoir effectué ce travail. Je serais ravi de faire à nouveau appel aux services de cette société.</p>

L'artisan me dit qu'il va se renseigner sur la pièce à commander et me faire parvenir un devis. C'était il y a maintenant deux mois. Depuis, malgré mes relances par téléphone, aucun retour de leur part. Je comprends qu'ils n'ont pas envie de venir changer la pièce, pour une raison que je ne connais pas, mais c'est un manque de professionnalisme dommageable de ne pas me dire en face qu'ils ne peuvent ou ne veulent pas me dire en face qu'ils ne souhaitent pas intervenir sur ma chaudière. Je comprendrais sans problème un refus, mais ne pas donner de retour malgré plusieurs relances n'est pas vraiment acceptable.",

J’étais soulagée d’apprendre que tout se passe à partir de la chaudière. Qu’il n’y a pas à démonter les radiateurs.
Intervention professionnelle.
Un petit nettoyage est à prévoir ensuite.
Je ne connaissais pas ce type d’intervention. L’entreprise avec laquelle j’ai un contrat annuel pour l’entretien de la chaudière depuis 30 ans ne m’en a jamais parlé !
Or, pour prendre soin de sa chaudière et améliorer sa durée, optimiser son fonctionnement énergétique, ce type d’intervention est nécessaire, une fois tous les 10 ans.
Du coup, mon avant dernière chaudière n’a duré que 10 ans !",

"reviewBody": "Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et la chaudière se mettait en sécurité. L equipe est intervenu pour un desembouage u e première fois. Comme c etait tres emboue il a fallut reintervenir une seconde fois après avoir fait agir un produit pendant une semaine dans le circuit.
Au final j ai refait faire des actions sur le ballon de la chaudière et recouvert un radiateur. L installation est ancienne, mais ca va la chaleur est globalement revenu",

Très réactif, les travaux ont été effectués par AMP le vendredi matin. Deux techniciens sont intervenus. Ils ont réussi à surmonter toutes les difficultés. Le système de fixation qui reposait en un trépied et une attache murale (donc derrière le ballon et se trouvait être inaccessible). Avec bcp de volonté le problème de fixation a été réglé. Travail propre, rapide et bien fait. Je recommande AMP et meilleurartisan.com et referai appel à eux en cas de besoin. ",

Il fallu que son collègue vérifie que le paiement était déjà fait.
Cela peut prêter à confusion. C'est le seul point négatif. L'artisan doit savoir à l'avance qu'il ne doit pas réclamer un paiement.",

"reviewBody": "RDV fixé le 19 septembre à 14h et confirmé de mon côté, MeilleurArtisan a bien reçu ma confirmation mais pas AMP alors que dès que je confirme, les 2 reçoivent la confirmation. Après 2H d'attente toujours pas de technicien, donc je rappelle et un RDV est fixé pour le lendemain. (Je suis rentrée de vacances le lundi car le technicien devait passer mardi à l'origine, si j'avais su je serais restée un jour de plus en vacances). Le lendemain le technicien arrive, change mon robinet de gaz, ne protège pas le tuyau avec un chiffon et enlève plein de peinture du tuyau avec sa pince. Il met de la colle qui sèche en 15min, au bout de 10min d'attente il s'absente un peu plus de 30min pour aller déjeuner (ce qui fait 40min de perdu alors que j'avais autre chose à faire après son passage). Il revient finit sa prestation, il restait même pas 10min de travail et s'en va. Mon nouveau tuyau de gaz du four était posé sur la table juste à côté et il n'a même pas proposé de me l'installer, ce qui prend 5min à faire. Même s'il n'est pas censé le faire, le minimum est de proposer ou de demander si j'ai les outils nécessaires pour le faire, c'est un service client qui apporte satisfaction. Je n'étais pas outillée pour l'installer que j'ai dû demander à un voisin de me prêter une 2ème pince (car j'en ai juste une) pour visser le nouveau tuyau. Ce n'était pas grand chose à faire et cela m'a déçu, d'où les 2 étoiles. Par contre, MeilleurArtisan.com sont top, très pro, très réactifs.",

J'etais persuadé d'avoir de la boue dans le système et j'ai donc fait appel à AMP. Après leur intervention, eau propre sans aucune boue.
